# Access, or Create and Authenticate an Account

To buy a product in the Phoeniqs portal and access our services, you must have an account.

Log In to an Existing Account

  1. Go to the Phoeniqs portal.

  2. Click Sign In in the lower left corner.

  3. In the Sign In section, type your email address and password.

    Hints:

    • If there is a Single Sign On (SSO) option listed you would like to use, please click the button that pertains to you and follow the instructions.
    • If you do not have an account, proceed to Create an Account.

Create An Account

  1. Go to the Phoeniqs portal.

  2. Click Sign In in the lower left corner. The Register menu will display.

  3. In the First name field, type your first name/given name.

  4. In the Last name field, type your last name/surname.

  5. In the Email field, type your email address.

  6. In the Password field, type a secure password.

  7. In the Confirm password field, re-type your secure password.

  8. Click Sign in.

    Hint: Please note that with your registration, you agree to Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy.

Complete Two-Factor Authentication

  1. Once you sign in or create an account, in the Phoeniqs portal, a redirect will occur for Mobile Authenticator Setup. Do not close out of this window.

    Note: Since security is one of our priorities, you are required to use a 2 Factor Authentication.

  2. On a separate device, open or download one of the application (app) options listed.

  3. In your authenticator app, scan the barcode listed on screen from step 1. A one-time authentication code will display.

    Note: Copy or write down the code.

  4. In the Phoeniqs portal, in the One-time code field, type the code you copied from your authenticator app.

  5. In the Device name field, type a name for your device.

  6. Click Submit.

    Note: Once you submit successfully, an email will be sent to the email address you provided to confirm registration.

# Confirm Your Authentication

  1. Confirm that you have received an email from Phoeniqs (indicating successful registration).

    Hints: Be sure to check your Spam folder.

  2. In the email, click Confirm your email. The Phoeniqs portal login screen will display.

  3. Log in to your account. If you have trouble logging in, please refer to Log In to An Existing Account section above. The Phoeniqs portal, with any available subscriptions, will display.
