# Buying a Subscription on the Phoeniqs portal

# Prerequisites

An active Phoeniqs portal account

Tip: If you do not have an account, Create an Account first.
A company profile associated with your account

Tip: You can create this during checkout, but the account must be created first.
Administrative privileges to make purchases on behalf of your organization.
A valid payment method or corporate billing profile.

Sign in to the Phoeniqs portal with your admin account.

Tip: If you have trouble signing in, see the “Log In to an Existing Account” section on the Create an Account page.
From the Dashboard, click Add Subscription, or click Products in the left navigation.
Select a subscription from the available categories.

Tip: Subscriptions appear as tiles. Hover over a tile to highlight it with a light blue outline.
Choose a package:
- To buy a single package immediately, click Buy.
- To purchase multiple subscriptions/packages, click Add to place them in your shopping cart.
Review or update your selection

Tip: In the left nav, click Products to return to the full product list.
Proceed to checkout:
- If using the shopping cart, open it from the upper-right corner and click Proceed to Checkout.
- If buying directly, the Portal takes you to the Checkout Summary automatically.
In Checkout Summary:
- Confirm you have an account and a company associated.
- If needed, click Create Company and fill in the required fields.
  
  Tip: If you encounter issues creating a company, log out and log back in.
- Accept the terms and conditions.
Finalize your purchase by clicking Buy Subscription.

Business Leaders: Monitor subscription status, billing, and usage in real time via the Portal.
Technical Teams: Launch products immediately, view active subscriptions, or return to the dashboard to start provisioning.

Issue	Resolution
Can't find Add Subscription	Ensure you’re signed in with an admin account.
Payment fails	Verify your billing method or corporate approval.
Service not available in your region	Select a compliant region or contact Phoeniqs Sales .
Company creation fails	Log out and log back in, then retry.
