- Connect the systems you already run. Hundreds of pre-built integrations for CRM, ERP, finance, ticketing, collaboration, and productivity suites, including Microsoft 365 and Google Workspace, with custom connectors for anything in-house.
- Put your agents to work unattended. The same PHOENIQS Agents and MCP tools you use in chat, running inside workflows: triage, classify, draft, summarise, and route, then hand the result to the right system or person.
- Run on your schedule, not office hours. Nightly reconciliations, Monday-morning reports, instant reactions to a new ticket or a signed contract.
